We want you to love your Rocket Dog shoes, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure items are in resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
